Welcome to Midland Concert Orchestra
Bringing the music you know and love to life!
Midland Concert Orchestra is a friendly, enthusiastic amateur orchestra based in the West Midlands, bringing audiences a wonderful mix of popular music from the Great American Songbook, stage and screen.
From timeless swing and jazz classics to Broadway favourites, film scores and lively Latin rhythms, our repertoire is full of familiar tunes that will have you tapping your feet, singing along and perhaps even dancing in your seat!
Originally formed in the 1980s as the West Midlands Light Orchestra, we adopted our new name in 2023 to better reflect the wide variety of music we enjoy performing today.
Whether you're a lifelong music lover or simply looking for a great evening out, we'd love you to join us at one of our concerts.
